Project management in execution of offshore wind farms
Within this presentation I would like to introduce you to project management at Siemens Gamesa during the execution of an offshore wind turbine project. As the Senior Project Manager, I am responsible for project specific design, manufacturing, transport, preassembly at port, installation and the commissioning of the wind turbines offshore. Together with a rather large team, I am ensuring the delivery and installation of the wind turbines to our customers on time, in quality and in budget.
